APPOINTMENTS
We will endeavour to accommodate your appointment with the Doctor of your choice.
Longer appointments are available on request and are also required for employment medicals, insurance & license examinations and Centrelink forms or reports. Please inform our reception staff when making your appointment if you think you may need extra time.
A charge may apply to appointments not cancelled at least two hours in advance.
Saturday Morning Clinic
Our practice is open between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. on Saturday morning for urgent, on the day appointments.
Complex problems and procedures are not suitable for Saturday morning appointments unless you have arranged otherwise with your Doctor. Complex problems may include multiple problems, medical examinations, medical procedures or immunisations – all requiring longer appointments. Please discuss your needs with our reception staff if you think you may need a Saturday morning appointment.
Off-Site Visits
Visits to your home or an Aged Care Facility are available for patients who are too unwell to attend the surgery. Please contact our reception staff who will discuss with your Doctor prior to booking a visit away from the practice.
