Dr Rick Duke has been a GP at this practice since it opened in1994, He undertook his medical training at Monash University, and GP training in Victoria. Rick is interested in all aspects of general practice care. He is GP Supervisor to 4th year Monash medical students and is our reluctant IT guru!

Dr Tali Barrett has lived and worked in Eaglehawk since 1991. She undertook her medical training at Newcastle University (UK) and GP training in the North East of England. Apart from working in private GP practice, Dr Tali Barrett has worked in Aboriginal Health and prison health. She enjoys all aspects of GP care. Dr Tali Barrett is a supervisor of the 4th year medical students and the GP registrar.
Dr Patrick Duane and his family have been a welcome part of the community since 2005. He undertook his medical training at Melbourne University, and GP training in Victoria, he joined the practice in 2005. He is interested in all aspects of GP care and he is terrific at fixing things including VW cars! Patrick is a GP supervisor to the GP registrar.
Dr Saira Baloch joined the practice in August 2016, having completed her GP Specialist Training in Victoria. She has undertaken advanced skin cancer training and so has brought enhanced minor surgery skills – including flap excisions and neonatal circumcision. She has undertaken advanced skin cancer training.

Dr Beth, has returned to Eaglehawk Medical Group in 2021 as a fully qualified vocationally registered specialist GP having passed all RACGP exams and requirements in 2021, she is working with us part time.
Sandra is a Division 1 Immunisation Nurse has been with us for 17 years she is experienced in all aspects of clinical patient nursing.
Alex is a practice nurse working usually 2 days per week , she does home health assessments on the over 75yo, and nursing home resident assessemnts
